Do i need a pass for infants and toddlers under 3?

Infants and toddlers under 3 don’t need tickets for the day/night events. Children under 12 are free during the day event.

are you running shuttle buses?

.

No shuttle buses will be run this year. We couldn’t get a bus company to work with us this year.

Pedestrian entry is gate 2.

when does the site open for guests?

Guests can enter from 6.45 am.

When can I get into my camping spots?

Camping is open on Friday from 2pm-5pm and open on Saturday from 6.30-2.30pm. Check out is strictly 9.30 am.

can we bring chairs?

Yes camp chairs are okay to bring. There will be limited seating at the venue for guests.

Can i leave my vehicle overnight?

No, all vehicles must leave the carpark by 12.30 am Sunday 5 October. The Caboolture Country Markets will be operating in this area so no vehicles will be allowed on site overnight.

If i am part of the ute show, can i drive it around the festival

No, all ute show vehicles must be parked for duration of the show.

can we bring water bottles?

Yes, no glass is allowed. No BYO alcohol allowed on premises.

can we bring food into the venue?

Yes, guests can bring their own food. There will also be lots of great food trucks on site, throughout the day and night.

Can I buy tickets at the door?

Tickets can be purchased at the door.

Are passouts allowed?

Yes, see our friendly volunteers to get a pass out. No passouts after 9pm.

will camping be available?

Camping will be available, tickets can be purchased from Wednesday 19 Feb 2025, 5pm.

do you accept companion cards?

Due to our ticketing system, companion card access will need to be applied for in writing with a copy of your card to admin@urbancountrymusicfestival.com.au

Do you need artists for 2025?

Our 2025 festival line up has been released, however we will be shortly opening applications for 2026.

Do you have parking available?

Festival parking must be purchased with a ticket. There is limited street parking available close by.

Do you have disability parking?

Yes, you need to display your disability parking permit.

Can i bring my animals?

Domesticated animals including dogs are not permitted and the policy is strictly enforced. Admission will be denied and dogs on site will have to be removed.

Assistance dogs are allowed. All assistance dogs/animals attending the site MUST be registered with admin. Papers and appropriate authorisation must be provided before approval will be given.

Can I bring my pet if I have a letter from my doctor?
NO. Only registered assistance dog trained and certified through the appropriate channels will be authorised.

My pet has a medical condition that requires regular treatments. Can I bring my dog with a letter from my veterinarian?
NO. Alternative arrangements to treat your pet will need to be made to ensure your pet is cared for.

Can I bring my emotional support animal?
Only registered assistance animals are accepted.
