Beaut Utes & 4WD Muster invites all ute owners to compete in our Beaut Utes & 4WD Muster on Saturday, 4 October 2025 as part of the Urban Country Music Festival.

VEHICLES: All Vehicles must enter at the designated gate (Gate 10 – Old Gympie Road) and drive under strict conditions (under 10kph and with hazard lights on) until they are directed to their designated site.

| 7 am – 8.30 am | Vehicle Bump-IN |
| 8.30 am | Gates close for Beaut Utes & 4WD Muster – participants to set up |
| 9.30 am | Event begins |
| 3.10 pm – 3.30 pm | Winners announced – (also includes Brewfest, Beaut Utes & Blazing BBQs) |
| 5 pm | General Public Access closes. Pack up and prepare to leave arena |
| 5.30 pm | Bump-OUT – ALL vehicles MUST depart the site prior to 6pm |
PRE-REGISTRATON REQUIREMENTS
Please include the following in your pre-registration package:
Completed registration form including all categories you wish to enter.
A photo of your vehicle.
REGISTRATION DETAILS
All vehicles must submit a pre-registration to the committee for approval by 6pm Friday 29 August 2025.
Vehicle registration fee: $40 per vehicle
Registration forms and vehicle photos are to be emailed to beaututes@urbancountrymusicfestival.com.au
Acceptance of Beaut Utes & 4WD Muster Vehicle Registration will be emailed to the participant by Friday 5 September 2025.
Acceptance will include payment details for registration fee.
Payment of registration fee to be made by Friday 12 September 2025.
PLEASE NOTE: If payment is not received by 6.00pm, Friday 19 September 2025, your registration will be forfeited and offered to the next in line.
Once payment of registration fee is received, a confirmation email will be sent by Friday 26 September 2025.
Confirmation email will include:
– Vehicle/Site Number
– Map of location and entry details
– Site details (to be shown at gate)
– Beaut Utes & 4WD Muster organisers’ phone numbers
– Any other details required for the day
Registration includes:
– Unlimited Beaut Utes category entry (vehicle will only be counted once per nominated category)
– 2 x complimentary Adult Day Festival tickets ONLY (complimentary 4 under 12yo tickets available on request. Any additional adult family members must be purchased separately. Evening tickets can be purchased separately).

IMPORTANT/PLEASE NOTE
– Vehicles display sites are approx. 5m x 4m.
– Absolutely NO tent pegs allowed. Water weights and sandbags must be used.
– Accommodation/camping is strictly prohibited on the Muster site overnight.
– Each entry receives 2 Adult DAY Event tickets only (includes 4x under 12yo tickets on request).
– NO vehicle movements during the Event with movement only at designated Bump-In times. Extraneous vehicles must leave the site and move to parking areas. Bump-In and Bump-Out vehicle movements are under strict supervision with a 10kph limit and hazard lights.
– Children to be under strict supervision near the Muster site during the bump in / bump out times.
– All vehicle teams must leave the Muster site by 6:00pm and leave their area in a clean and tidy condition. Removal of rubbish to designated collection points located in showgrounds.
– During event hours the event is a licensed venue. No outside Alcohol is allowed to be consumed during these hours.
– All rubbish must be disposed of in the designated areas provided.
– Environmentally friendly products to be used wherever possible.
