ALL CAMPERS MUST HAVE A FULL FESTIVAL DAY/NIGHT TICKET REGARDLESS OF AGE NO EXCEPTIONS

A valid ticket is required to enter the Festival Site for any event.  “Under the Neon Stars” ticketholders will have limited access to the Festival Site between 5pm and 10:30pm on Friday, 3 October for the Festival pre-event. Festival ticket holders can access the Festival Site from 7am on Saturday, 4 October.

CAMPSITE INFORMATION

Camp sites will be assigned by UCMF staff on a first-come, first-served basis.

Upon arrival at the campground gates, follow the directions provided by signage and UCMF marshals to your designated large, medium, or small campsite. Please co-operate with our teams as they assist you in reaching your site.

To camp with friends, ALL participants must arrive together and have purchased the same size and type of Camp Site (e.g., Large Powered, Medium, etc.), as different Camp Site sizes are located in separate areas.

Only one vehicle per medium and small campsites and two vehicles per large campsites are permitted to drive directly to and remain at the campsite. Additional vehicles associated with the same site may drop off equipment and luggage, but must then proceed immediately to the Overflow Car Park with a valid Overflow Car Park ticket. All campers requiring Overflow Car Parking must purchase it in advance.

The Campers entry map will be provided closer to the Festival date, detailing instructions and the Gate Number for entering the Campgrounds. Please ensure you include an email address when purchasing your tickets to receive important updates.

Departure for all campers is strictly between 7:00 AM - 10:00 AM on Sunday, 5 October 2025. Please note, all campers need to have fully vacated the Urban Camp Site by 10:00 AM

OVERFLOW PARKING

Campers who need Overflow Car Parking must purchase it in advance, via the UCMF ticket site.  Carpooling can speed up entry into the Campgrounds and Festival Site and has environmental benefits.

Vehicles parked in the Overflow Car Parking area may enter and exit via the main gates freely (will need to produce Festival and Overflow Car Park tickets and wristbands on re-entry) but will not be permitted to return to the camping area until Sunday, 5 October 5 after 6:00 AM

CAMPGROUND RULES

By purchasing a camping ticket for Urban Country Music Festival 2025, you agree to follow the Campground rules outlined below. Campers who do not follow these rules may be asked to leave the venue.

Upon arrival, all camping tickets will be scanned at the entry point. Campers will receive a camping wristband—distinct wristbands for minors and those 18 years or older. All campers must wear their assigned wristband to access, and remain in, the campgrounds during the festival. Entry without a camping ticket is strictly prohibited. Security personnel will remove individuals from the campgrounds who are not wearing a wristband.

Campers are not allowed to operate vehicles, quads, motorbikes, electric scooters or golf buggies within the campgrounds.

TOILETS, SHOWERS AND WATER

Shared amenities, including toilets, showers, and hand wash units are available in the campground.

Campers can use the provided water tanks to refill their water. We ask that you do NOT use them to fill camper vans upon arrival; personal tanks should be full when you arrive.

WASTE

The campground has a dump point for emptying cassettes. Please use the designated dump points for grey water disposal to maintain hygiene and responsibility.

Campsite staff will distribute garbage bags upon your arrival. You may use these or your own. Please fill them and place them into the bins provided for collection by our waste and recycling team. Ensure all rubbish is taken to the designated bins in the campgrounds during your stay and when you are leaving.

Recycling bins will be available onsite for your empty drink containers. UCMF will be donating these to our selected charity partners. Please stay tuned for further updates.

WHAT’S NOT ALLOWED:

NO FIRES: This includes open flames, fire pits, or similar. Campers who do not adhere to this rule will be removed from the venue immediately. Gas Cookers are permitted in the Campgrounds.
